Come and enjoy our seasonal, home cooked food at a time that suits you. Choose your meal from our House Menu or from our daily specials board. Whenever possible we source local produce from some of the finest growers in East Kent. Many of our suppliers are right on our doorstep and in the heat of the Kentish summer you won’t find a fresher strawberry in your Pimms.

Something for everyone

Our Sunday menu features a Traditional Sunday Roast with all the trimmings. Delicious vegetarian dishes are always on the menu, making the very best of the vegetables from The Garden of England. Families with children are very welcome at our pub and we serve a special kids menu and drinks as well as a host of mouthwatering puddings and ice creams. For a summer treat why not try our traditional cream teas, served with a generous helping of strawberry jam, whipped cream and fresh baked scones. If you or one of your party require any specific dietary requirements please call in advance. We will be more than happy to accommodate their needs.

Game, Hog Roasts & BBQ’s

From September to February the Game enthusiast will find plenty of pheasant and partridge on the menu with pigeon or rabbit making appearances throughout the year. There are many opportunities to come and enjoy a Traditional Hog Roast or Barbecue the weather can’t spoil in our covered courtyard garden. Keep an eye on our events page to see when the next roast is on, or why not let us prepare a hog roast for your special event?
